Rarissimo volantino che ci illustra gli orrori della sperimentazione medica in Germania prima del “Codice di Norimberga” che sancì finalmente dei limiti etici. Reuter's Telegram, Berlin, March 6, 1900: "The truth concerning certain awful cases of experimentation upon human beings…". "In the Lower House oft he Prussian Diet Herr von Papenheim called attention concerning the experiments of professor Albert Neisser's in Breslau". "On January 16th the Governement ordered the disciplinary examination of Professor Neisser." "Professor Virchow said that there was no justification for the Breslau experiments.".
